Community Chaplaincy

Crystal Family Justice Center cares for the spiritual needs of the victims of domestic violence as well as the physical and legal needs of victims.  Chaplains are from all denominations and the hours are flexible.  Most chaplains volunteer approximately 4 hours a week.  Some volunteer every week, others on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.  The chaplains find this ministry very rewarding.  Chaplains do not have to be ordained.  Many are lay people who have a deep personal spirituality, belong to a faith community and a love of helping others.

Chaplains are needed!  If you are interested in becoming a volunteer chaplain or receiving more information, please contact Liz Osborn at familyjusticecenter@co.pierce.wa.us.
