Solidarity Day on International Worker’s Day

Join Urban Grace Church and La Resistencia this May 1st—International Workers’ Day—for a Solidarity Day gathering in Tacoma. Together, we will stand with those detained at the Northwest Detention Center (1623 E. J Street) and call for dignity, freedom, and justice for all.
This peaceful community event will include prayer, music, speakers, and collective action, bringing together neighbors, faith communities, and advocates in a shared commitment to immigrant and workers’ rights. Come be part of a powerful moment of solidarity, reflection, and hope.
