Systems Navigation Program
Helping Households Get Housing-Ready
Systems Navigation is one of Associated Ministries’ newest and most impactful programs, created to fill a critical gap in service delivery for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
Through this program, eligible households work directly with a Systems Navigator who offers hands-on, personalized support to help them become referral-ready, a key step toward accessing long-term housing solutions.
Who Is Eligible?
Households that have completed the Coordinated Entry process and are currently on the Priority Pool, the community’s referral waitlist, are eligible to participate. Many housing programs have specific requirements or documentation that must be completed before placement. Systems Navigation helps individuals and families meet those requirements, so they are ready when a referral becomes available.
What Support Is Offered?
Our Systems Navigation program provides intensive case management, walking alongside each household to remove barriers and offer guidance every step of the way. Services may include:
- Assistance obtaining essential documents for housing
- Job search and employment support to increase income
- Referrals to local services and resources
- Mental health and wellness support
- Financial and budgeting guidance
- Access to healthcare and education
- Housing search support
- And much more
