AM Employee Spotlight: Kayla Kim

For this month’s employee spotlight, we’ll be featuring Kayla Kim! Kayla joined Associated Ministries last November as the Development Associate and supports the organization’s fund development, development strategy, and communications efforts. Kayla loves working with her team and collaborating with community partners to fund lasting solutions to homelessness. She first fell in love with Tacoma interning for the Tacoma Rescue Mission and was excited to return to the city to continue this work. Her passion for homelessness prevention inspired her to major in Sociology and start her own student-led homelessness relief program as a senior at Gonzaga University. In her free time, she enjoys biking, writing poetry, and hosting dinner parties for her friends!
