AM excited to announce new program: Resource Access Navigator (RAN)

This initiative is a partnership with Elevate Health designed to ensure that households in need of resource support are connected to services that best meet their individual needs.

Program setup began in December 2025, and we are entering 2026 strong, already supporting families as they work toward stability and self-identified goals. Through this program, Associated Ministries serves as a central hub of resource expertise, helping households navigate and access services available throughout our community.

Our Resource Access Navigators will actively collaborate with congregations, shelters, and community partners to provide holistic, coordinated support to households coming through our center. We are also continually identifying and strengthening additional resource connections to expand what is available to those we serve.

These efforts are closely coordinated with Associated Ministries’ Community Connection Resource Center, which can provide limited financial assistance for essential needs that are not readily met through existing community resources.

In addition to direct referrals and connections, households enrolled in the Resource Access Navigator program may receive up to three months of light case management, ensuring that referrals are completed, connections are successful, and ongoing needs are addressed.
