APRIL 11: Meet Service Providers at Homeless Connect

Members of your congregation or staff who work to connect people in need to local services are strongly encouraged to come to the Project Homeless Connect even on Thursday, April 11 at Peace Community Center, 2106 S. Cushman Ave., Tacoma 98405. At 10:00 a.m. we’ll hold an exclusive “open house” with 30 organizations on site that provide essential services to families and individuals in need, before the event opens to the public at 11:00. During that hour you’ll be able to interact with dozens of representatives and receive information about their services; what you’ll learn will be invaluable in your efforts to guide your congregants to services that will help them survive and thrive! No advance registration is necessary.
