Meet the Team: Christina!

Christina is the very first person most people see when they enter Associated Ministries, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! Acting as a fount of resources, compassion, and empathy, Christina serves her community on the front line every single day.

Q: What is the most meaningful part of your job?

A: I am more than just a receptionist answering phones and greeting people. I am resourceful and I am resilient. I have compassion for the people that walk through our doors, our unhoused neighbors and gratitude for those that volunteer and give from their heart. It takes a village and I am happy to do my part.

Q: Tell us about your self.

A: I was established the same year Associated Ministries was founded. I have 3 grown children with my youngest son just turning 18 and graduating high school. Unfortunately, I struggled to make a decent living when they were growing up and have experienced homelessness myself. I have compassion for those going through it now.
