Rapid Rehousing Program Success!

Rapid Rehousing is a short term housing intervention that supports households transitioning out of homelessness with housing placement, client centered case management and individualized rent subsidy.

The Rapid Rehousing team has had the honor to work with a family that has shown an amazing amount of resilience. This family was a single parent household of 6 and they had been chronically homeless for over 2 years when they came to us. Our Rapid team worked alongside this family and they were able to be housed. Once housed the real work began and the team lavished this family with patience, understanding and kindness. Mary, our housing specialist, specifically supported her during some very confusing times. After one year of support this family has regained confidence in themselves and they are ready to graduate the program. Upon graduation, the Mom sent Mary this message.
